Michelle is comprehensively certified in mat and equipment Pilates through Balanced Body. Supporting the notion that one can do anything with an English degree, she completed her Pilates teacher training following a career in marketing. Originally introduced to Pilates more than twenty years ago as a student of master instructor Zayna Gold, Michelle always came back to Pilates for its transformative focus on mind/body balance, core strength, and purposeful movement with breath. She loves sharing Pilates with new and experienced clients alike.
